A very Happy Valentine's Day to all. I baked some cutout biscuits yesterday using my new Cinnamoroll & My Melody cookie cutters. However, I won't be posting the recipe here as I wasn't too pleased with the result of the dough. It was too soft to handle and really tough just putting these few pieces together. Have to hunt down a good cutout cookie recipe.. Do you have one to recommend? :)
Yesterday was hubby's birthday, so we went for an early lunch before sending little one to school. Since she was having a proper lunch, I decided to just give her some cookies and fruits for her snack. Bought 2 punnets of blueberries at $4plus for 2 at NTUC.

Nice! So cute to have My Melody cookies in a My Melody box hhehehe...
Happy Valentine's Day!
$4+ for 2 is very cheap eh.
oh...happy belated birthday jie fu =)
You can try the one I blogged about. They are not the best tasting cookies but great for cookie cutter. If you find the dough too soft, you can put it in the fridge for 15-30 mins to firm it up.
I can't imagine what it's like trying to manage dough in Singapore's humidity.
