I have finally reached the part of my list where it's time to make the doggie biscuits. Yay! So this was what I did today in-between lunch and the birthday party. Princess helped with most of the eyes and mouths as well as the ears.
I'm not sure if the texture is meant to be soft or crunchy but mine came out soft, so those of you who have made this care to comment?
I followed Florence's recipe which had an additional 15g of sugar. However, I used milo instead and erm... forgot to add the chocolate chips. Well, the fact was that I didn't know the chocolate chips were meant to go into the biscuits. I thought they were meant to be for the eyes and nose. Hehe. But still it was nice. They are actually similar in taste to the piggy biscuits I made for CNY this year, except these dogs have a chocolatey taste. Unfortunately I have failed to locate that piggy recipe which I had gotten from a magazine. :( Just wondering if anyone out there happens to have the recipe. They were a hit with everyone especially the kids. I made them to give out to friends and family.
