Doraemon

This post is dedicated to the dear sister, who loves this little cat with no tail. :)

This is another simple lunch dish using instant chicken stock, bee hoon, fishballs, minced pork, lettuce and Doraemon fishcake. I only added a dash of white pepper as the diluted stock provided sufficient saltiness.
